Return Policy Within 15 days if you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, return the dress or exchange it (Shipping fee will be charged). If you are missing your return label, please contact us; we will be happy to assist you. Any item that is returned that does not meet our inspection and evaluation from our Quality Team will not be eligible for a return. I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am with this dress. After the disaster of buying my first dress from DHgate and having it arrive and look NOTHING like the picture, this dress certainly did not disappoint. I had it custom made to my measurements and it fits PERFECTLY. It is EXACTLY like the picture. Down to the pretty little flowers on the top piece, everything is the same. I am in LOVE. I was terrified of buying another dress online, especially from amazon but I get married the 29th of October 2018 and I was running out of time to find another one. Budget constraints didn’t allow me to purchase a dress in store and I never wanted to pay an arm and a leg for a dress to begin with. This dress is PRICELESS. It’s beautiful. Worth every penny. Also, it came 2 days early! What an amazing surprise! I just need to purchase a hoop skirt to give it the extra oomph to really give it that princess ball gown look. If you don’t want to get a hoop skirt to fluff it out more, it’s already really poofed out from the built in fabric skirt, so no worries there :).Customer service is amazing!!! They emailed me so quickly with responses and questions and answers to my questions. When I asked for the front to be not so sheer, they took the time to draw out, on a picture of the dress, where they would be putting fabric on the inside and asked if a sweetheart neckline would be okay. Thank you so much for being so professional and taking a true personal interest in what I needed for comfort.
